Job description

Position Summary: Rehab Field Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring clinical supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of competent, effective and safe rehabilitation services, including, but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology. Rehab Field Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with staff education, training and development. The staff will receive continuing education, in-services and training (in- house and in the field) to further develop and maintain professional competence. Responsibilities: - Knowledgeable of CHHA Regulatory guidelines per Center for Medicare and Medicaid, New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Joint Commission (JC). - Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures as it pertains to clinical staff education and training. - Assists in conducting orientation and training of the new staff in Extended Home Care’s policies and procedures. - Accompanies the new staff into the field post orientation, conducts random field visits and complete the annual performance evaluations and field assessments as needed. - Provides direct supervision of the field staff, including on-site supervisory visits...
