Description: JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Home Support Services Manager or Coordinator, the Scheduler coordinates and schedules Community Health Workers (Home Support Workers) in accordance with established policies and procedures, client care plans and applicable collective agreements. Performs outside of work on-call duties.
