Description Sushi Chef Bamboo Sushi | Coming to Bend, Oregon – Early 2026 Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026 , and we’re looking for skilled and passionate Sushi Chefs to help bring our sushi bar to life from day one. What You’ll Do: As a Sushi Chef at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll work closely with both our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent, thoughtful, and timely preparation of sushi bar menu items. You’ll be hands-on in every aspect of sushi production, from prep to guest interaction, while upholding our high standards of quality and hospitality.
