As HR Manager at Q8Oils, you play a key role in the growth and transformation of our organization. You translate strategy into a powerful HR approach and help leaders and teams excel. You are part of the management team and act as a strategic sparring partner on people and organizational topics. With a scope of around 400 employees across 8 countries, you guide HR in an international environment spanning both production plants in Belgium and Italy as well as office functions. Q8Oils has strong growth ambitions, and you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy that supports this expansion.
