You will observe peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. Assisting with Customer Service Center duties such as: Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone calls, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
