Site Safety & Health Officer (Spain)

Job description

Location: Spain - Naval Station Rota & Morón Air Base ECC is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) for upcoming work in Spain , supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base . Experience in fuels work is desired but not required. Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. - Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain. - Three years of progressive work experience in a position directly related to health and safety - Five years of construction experience - Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC project experience.
