Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Manager - Facilities is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the sites HVAC systems, Buildings, Grounds, Labs, Warehouses, and plumbing and electrical systems. This role ensures that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for repair, maintenance, and vendor coordination for the site facilities.
