About the Role: As a Manager in Training, you'll work alongside experienced food service leaders across all areas of our operations — from kitchen production and menu development to staff supervision and client relations. Our structured, 90–180 day rotational program is designed to fast-track your growth from culinary professional to confident manager. This is a full-time position operating during the school year, giving you a consistent, predictable schedule aligned with our educational food service accounts.
