We are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Chief with strong IICRC alignment to oversee field mitigation projects and lead restoration teams in accordance with IICRC S500 and S700 standards . This role is ideal for a technically skilled restoration professional who understands drying science, leads from the front, and holds teams accountable for quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects - Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors - Perform and verify moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and psychrometric calculations - Determine appropriate drying, cleaning, containment, and deodorization strategies in coordination with Project Management - Set up, monitor, and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipm...
