Job DetailsJob Location: Pawhuska - PAWHUSKA, OK 74056Position Type: Regular Full-TimeJob Category: NurseThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work closely with Psychiatrist, APRNs, and other medical providers to deliver high-quality nursing care within the Osage Nation Counseling Center (ONCC) and Primary Residential Treatment (PRT) Clinic. The LPN coordinates and supports patient care across the continuum of behavioral health, substance use, and medical services to promote optimal wellness, self-management, and functional outcomes. All duties are performed in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. The LPN functions as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health and substance use treatment team and provides care I a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented manner.
