Overview The position has the responsibility for supervising the service delivery of Community habilitation and in-home respite. To support the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc. Pay rate for this position: $ 22.93 / hour - $ 24.23 / hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting Responsibilities: SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be on call and act as a resource in the event of an urgent situation by working with the individual(s) to problem solve and connect with community resources/natural supports. - Shall be primarily responsible for individual specific training and ongoing development of staff in the program. - To supervise all program staff per assigned caseload; including completion of DSP core competency evaluations as required. - To review/update individual staff action plans and safeguards at least twice annually. - To assume responsib...
