As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting station performance through people-led solutions, driving engagement and capability across a highly skilled workforce. You’ll influence strategic decisions and have the opportunity to think and lead differently, as we continue our defueling journey and progress towards our transfer to Nuclear Restoration Services. This role is based on site at our Dungeness B Power Station in Kent, where you’ll work closely with the team. We’re keen for our team to be on site 3/4 days a week, to build strong relationships, understand challenges first-hand and support a collaborative, high-performing culture.
