SCR Medical Transportation LLC Essential Job Functions: - Supervision and Management: Oversee the performance and conduct of drivers and other operational staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. - Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including driver schedules, route efficiency, and service quality. Address and resolve operational issues in real-time. - Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including FTA/DOT ADA requirements. - Customer Service: Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. Promote a positive image of Pace Suburban Bus in all interactions. - Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to drivers and staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Incident Management: Respond to and manage incidents and emergencies on the road.
