Colon & Rectal Surgeon Montclair & Covina, California: Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a well-established multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is seeking a Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join their thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment with flexibility and autonomy to build your own surgical volume. What You'll Do: Perform Colon & Rectal surgeries, as well as general surgery procedures Utilize advanced robotic (da Vinci) and laparoscopic techniques Manage outpatient clinic patients Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexible clinic and OR scheduling Participate in group and ER call (1 in 3, negotiable) Grow your patient base in a well-established, supportive practice What We're Looking For: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Colon & Rectal Surgery Comfortable performing robotic and laparoscopic procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty, physician-led group Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care: Why You'll Love Working Here: First-year income guarantee: $350,000 + productivity bonus based on collections Year 2 onward: Productivity-based c...
