Industrial Electrician

Job description

The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing electrical systems on production equipment. This role will ensure that all machinery is operating efficiently, with minimal downtime, to support production schedules and company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing electrical problems in industrial equipment, following safety protocols, and working collaboratively with other maintenance and production teams. JOB DUTIES: - Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical components of production machinery and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and wiring - Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure machinery uptime and optimal performance - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals - Install, upgrade, and modify electrical systems as necessary to improve machine performance or safety - Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues - Follow safety guidelines and company protocols for lockout/tagout, electrical work, and equipment operation - Maintain accurate records of all elec...
