The pay range for this position is $20.50-$23.87 per hour, depending on education and experience. This position is located in Webster, MA. $1000 sign-on for full-time Additional $250 bonus if MAP Certified Devereux - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Webster House program serves co-ed youth, ages 4 to 14, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the main focus at this program is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors that precipitated placement; and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible.
