About Norra: Opening May 2026 in downtown Wayzata, Norra is SAIL's flagship boutique community — designed to operate at the level of a private club. Amenities include an outdoor spa and sundeck, poolside cabanas, fitness center, golf and sports simulator suite, co-working and conference space, private dining room, club room, sauna, outdoor grilling areas, and a stocked coffee and tea bar. The bar for execution here is high. Residents will expect a white-glove experience, and delivering it consistently requires someone who understands that service quality is an operational discipline — not a personality trait.
