Hourly Pay Range: $30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Philanthropy Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst Endeavor Health foundations seek a detail-oriented and positive team member to prepare and analyze donor, prospect, and patient data and prepare email segments to drive the identification, qualification, cultivation and solicitation of donors and develop market strategies for the segmentation of donors and prospective donors across all giving levels. The supply of data driven analytics will facilitate strategic outreach and fundraising efforts to engage and retain donors across the foundations’ teams. The candidate will work with other members of the Philanthropy Operations, Prospect Development & Research, Communications and frontline fundraising teams, under the direction of the Philanthropy Database & Reporting Director and in partnership with the Philanthropy Analytics & Donor Services Director, to prepare and evaluate data insights to inform appeal segments, identify key trends in donor data, and drive analysis and reporting to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies.
