Basic Job Functions: The Manager, Marketing & Marketing Operations supports the execution of First Solar’s marketing strategy across customer engagement, product positioning, and brand operations. This role is responsible for operationalizing marketing plans, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving excellence in execution. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and optimize marketing processes. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance marketing operations, automate workflows, and improve campaign performance.
