Vice President, Technology Assets As Vice President, Technology Assets, you will shape and mature the technologies that define Coloplast’s future product pipeline within Chronic Care. You will be accountable for transforming scientific insight, emerging technologies, and external innovation into robust, de-risked technology assets, ready for integration into Product Development and ultimately improving life for millions of users. This role sits at the intersection of exploration and execution and is created to strengthen early innovation and accelerate the flow of viable technologies into the development portfolio You will ensure that technology development is purposeful, governed, and clearly linked to unmet user needs and business priorities, supporting Coloplast’s ambition of reaching 4 million users. Your leadership will elevate how we explore, mature, and deploy technology - making it faster, more predictable, and fit for a regulated medtech environment, with quality, safety, and scalability built in from early stages.
