Chemonics International is conducting a recruit for a Specialist, Client Engagement, Florida Emergency Management State Representative for Growth Division. The Florida Emergency Management State Representative serves as Chemonics’ primary in‑state representative for emergency management activities in Florida. The position is responsible for relationship‑driven pipeline development, ecosystem engagement, and market intelligence across Florida’s emergency management landscape, including state agencies, counties, municipalities, special districts, community organizations, and private‑sector partners. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. The role emphasizes field credibility, FEMA and FDEM operational knowledge, and trusted relationships rather than proposal production. The State Representative supports proposal efforts through intelligence, shaping, and review, while final pursuit and submission decisions remain with Chemonics’ home office.
