Job description

Location: Arlington, TX Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations on the injection molding floor, ensuring adherence to schedules and production targets. - Manage production processes, including documentation and troubleshooting. - Lead and mentor personnel, providing guidance to team members. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Engage in Continuous Improvement efforts, including 5S, 5 Whys, and 8-D documentation. - Train team members on process steps and requirements, including paperwork, training sheets, skill matrix maintenance, and other job-related training. - Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and actively participating in team activities. - Problem Solving: Employ problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, including Work Plant Rules and Work Safety Rules, while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and operational standards. - Safety Focus: Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and reporting unsafe conditions or accidents.
