Job description
Summary: Working with our team at Global Heat Transfer (GHT), under supervision, the Service Technician I completes tasks related to the cleaning, pressure testing and painting of radiators and oil coolers. Tasks may include repair and or assembly. This position often works closely with an assigned mentor as they are learning/training. Immediately communicating any issues that arise to their Mentor, Lead Hand and/or Service Coordinator. Assisting with the operation of overhead crane and rigging may be required. The Service Technician may also assists in areas such as; warehouse activities, forklift operation and general housekeeping. Candidates must be physically able to lift to 45lbs regularly, stand for long periods of time with frequent reaching, pulling, pushing, crouching, and rotating movements, in a safe manner. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as active participate in FET’s HSE program is required.
