What you’ll do as a Lawyer: Provide day-to-day commercial legal advice to operations in the UK, Ireland and Nordics , partnering closely with sales, engineering, and project teams. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including MSAs, frameworks, and major project agreements). Support complex projects, including construction, infrastructure, and energy/EPC work Enable the business by taking a practical, solutions -led approach to risk and contract management.
