JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Lead the end-to-end transition of existing Drop Ship vendors from the current system to the new Drop Ship platform, executed in defined phases aligned to business priorities. - Develop, manage, and execute phased vendor transition plans, ensuring strict adherence to agreed-upon timelines and milestones. - Coordinate vendor transition preparation, including data validation, system readiness checks, and onboarding requirements. - Track, maintain, and communicate detailed transition status, risks, dependencies, and progress against timeline commitments. - Act as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the transition lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment. - Partner cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve transition-related issues in a timely manner. - Validate successful transition completion, including order flow accuracy, inventory visibility, ASN/invoice integrity, and overall vendor readiness. - Establish and document best practices, SOPs, and scalable playbooks for future vendor onboarding and system migrations. - Provide regular reporting...
