The Position: As the Legal, Ethics and Compliance Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring full business ethics compliance within the Turkish Affiliate. You will be responsible for developing processes and programs for effective monitoring, conducting internal controls, training local staff, and leading investigation cases in collaboration with various internal and external parties. You will lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our local ethics and compliance programme.
