Description The ABC Home and Commercial Services (ABC) Residential Apprentice Pest Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all ABC customers. Professional behavior is always expected while servicing a home or business, and respect and care of customers’ property are required. The Residential Apprentice Pest Technician must be a hardworking and detail-oriented pest management professional. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be customer-focused. The Residential Apprentice Pest Technician must be trustworthy, as duties are completed without physical supervision from the clients and management. Primary Responsibilities: - Mixing and applying pesticides and rodenticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, label instructions, and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) law. - Physically inspect client’s property and dwelling for pest activity, calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage. - Provide solutions for pest activity on-site in a variety of accounts. - Build strong relationships and rapport with clients; interacting with them directly regarding the work to be accomplished. - Ident...
