POSITION SUMMARY: The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50% - Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10% - Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10% - Unloads trucks as needed. 10% - Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5% - Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5% - Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5% - Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5% - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A - Years of...
