Job description

Overview The Manufacturing Supervisor (Weekend Shift) is responsible for overseeing production operations. They ensure that production targets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met across shifts. This supervisor works closely with shift leads to resolve issues, maintain communication and ensure smooth transitions between shifts. Responsibilities: Leadership and Coordination: - Supervise and support manufacturing operations. - Oversee and provide direction to the shift leads, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. - Serve as the point of contact for shifts, troubleshooting problems, making decisions, and ensuring alignment with overall production goals. - Ensure proper shift transitions and information flow between different shifts by coordinating with the respective shift leads.
