Purpose: The Business Initiatives & Reporting Associate role contributes to the overall success of the International Investment Advisory (IIA) Business, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the business strategies and objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for data analytics, reporting and tracking Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities will also include supporting new and ongoing programs and projects to support the IIA business. Accountabilities: - Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. - Support development and maintenance of KPIs reporting and analysis. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, presentation decks and ad hoc reports for senior management. - Support the development of automated reporting and reduce manual processes. - Ensure analysis and reports are produced in a timely fashion with high degree of accuracy. - Support the development of required tools to improve t...
