Position Summary: The Construction Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in the oversight and execution of large-scale tenant finish-out builds for multi-year, complex projects as well as remodel projects across both enterprise and non-retail portfolios. The responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules, handling construction documentation, obtaining permits, leading contractor bidding and negotiations, and ensuring successful project completion from initiation to closeout.
