Sandvik Coromant in Westminster, SC is looking for a Machine Press Operator: As a Press Operator you will perform complete setup and operation of press machines to manufacture inserts according to specifications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform all necessary duties to set up, operate, and conduct routine preventative maintenance on presses. - Responsibilities include preparing orders, powder, and tooling, along with brushing inserts as needed to support the production process. - Perform and record all work in accordance with established procedures. - Provide management with recommendations for process improvements as they are identified. - Consistently meet established quality, production, and delivery targets. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: - Wear all required PPE and strictly adhere to company safety rules. - Always support and promote a safe working environment. - Maintain a clean, organized, charging and sintering area to reduce cobalt exposure.
