BASIC PURPOSE: The Case Manager works directly with the Program Director to provide supervision and support to the individuals and/or families, conduct and facilitate outreach, provide information and referral services, case management, classes and group facilitation and follow up services. The purpose of the Case Manager is to assist men and women who come to The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Program (ARP) and the Transitional Living Program (TLP) for assistance with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs through a structured program of rehabilitation, work therapy, and spiritual regeneration.
