Job Title Planner Service Parts Repair & Circular Equipment Job Description: As Planner Service Parts Repair & Circular Equipment, you are the linking pin between the SP&R organization in Factory Best, and the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) and you will have a high interaction with our customer, SPS. You are responsible for managing the orders for repair raised by SPS end-to-end, starting with SPS about forecast and planning, receipt of the defects, the repair planning in-house and by 3rd parties, to timely and complete delivery back to SPS. You will drive demand forecast from SPS towards Factory Best, but also forecasting for vendors on parts needed for repair. You will prioritize repairs in consultation with SPS and will issue production schedules to the shop floor. Your goal is to make sure that there is a healthy balance between supply and demand in the short and midterm, so that inventory and sales are optimized, and SPS’ expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met, and sustainable and predictable business growth can be realized.
