We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team. About Us: TotalFusion Chermside is more than a gym, we are a premium health, fitness and wellness destination. Our cafe is an extension of our brand, offering high-quality, nourishing meals and beverages that support performance, recovery and lifestyle balance. The Role and Responsibilities: - Preparing and presenting high-quality cafe meals to brand standards - Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) - Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control - Supporting menu execution and seasonal changes - Working collaboratively with cafe and front of house teams - Contributing ideas aligned with health and wellness trends - Reporting to the Cafe Manager About You: - Trade qualified - Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery - First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain) - Highly skilled in breakfast/lunch items - Ability to work autonomously - Organised, efficient and calm under pressure - Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends - Reliable mode of transport
