Overview At Elements Massage San Mateo, our promise is simple: to better the lives of everyone we touch. From the front desk to the treatment rooms, our team works together to create an experience that keeps clients feeling cared for, supported, and coming back. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day studio operations across the front desk team, massage therapists, and our newly launched skincare and facial services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people leadership, studio operations, and being part of a growing wellness business. What You’ll Do: As the Assistant Manager/Studio Manager, you’ll support the Area Manager and help keep the entire studio running smoothly. You’ll be visible on the floor, approachable to staff, and focused on both the client experience and team performance.
