Job Description: We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Community-Based Services Day Program in the Belmont area! This key leadership role is responsible for supervising and managing a team of Direct Support staff in the Manchester area who deliver high-quality, community-based day programming for adults with disabilities. Programs support participant engagement through volunteer opportunities, employment, socialization, recreational activities, and the development of daily living skills. The Program Coordinator ensures all services meet or exceed Easterseals’ quality standards, as well as state and federal certification and regulatory requirements.
