Job description

The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of CRM Systems Data Specialist. Reporting to the Associate Director of CRM, the CRM Systems Data Specialist is responsible for responsibilities related to CRM support of data loads and updates, intake and process of user requests for data access, and support of routing of general user questions to the related functional area or personnel. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Data Operations and Quality Management: Execute routine data loads and updates to the Salesforce-based CRM using approved tools, templates, and procedures. Prepare and validate import files (formatting, standardization, validation, de-duplication checks, and required fields). Complete post-load verification (record counts, spot checks, exception review). Maintain clear documentation of requests, source files, load outcomes, and any exceptions for auditability and continuity.
