YFS is seeking an experienced clinical therapist (2+ years) to join Queensland's first Functional Family Therapy - Child Welfare (FFT-CW) program. This evidence-informed model supports vulnerable families in Browns Plains and Beaudesert, promoting lasting behavioural change. Be part of an experienced team of passionate therapists who are implementing Queensland’s first Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW) program. FFT-CW is an evidence-informed therapy program that achieves lasting behaviour change for vulnerable families in the Browns Plains and Beaudesert region. You’ll be working with families and children in their homes to create meaningful change by helping them to understand their strengths and teaching them new ways to solve problems. As well as having clinical experience, the person for this role will need to be flexible, engaging and have a high level of emotional intelligence.
