Job Summary: The Management Consulting (MC) is seeking a Senior Associate to be responsible for providing advanced business performance improvement and growth strategy services to clients. The Senior Associate participates in various stages of consulting engagements and helps with planning, execution, and close out. As a Senior Associate, you hold full responsibility for a project's work stream, collaborating with members from both BDO and the client's team. You frequently oversee a team and engage with a diverse range of industries. You will be part of teams, usually consisting of 3 to 5 consultants, tasked with identifying and frequently implementing viable solutions for particular client issues or challenges. Collectively, you'll assist clients in achieving sustainable enhancements to their performance and accomplishing their key objectives.
