Job Summary Red Hat is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team as an Agile Product Owner (PO). This role will support our teams working on the Red Hat Lightspeed Operations services available on Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console and the Red Hat Lightspeed on Premises offerings out of our Raleigh, NC office. As a Product Owner, you will drive the tactical execution of the product vision, translating high-level strategy into prioritized, actionable workstreams. You will operate within Red Hat’s open source and Agile framework to serve as the primary link between strategic Product Management and Engineering, ensuring that development efforts are consistently aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Product Backlog Ownership & Execution: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog as the tactical, day-to-day decision-maker, ensuring it aligns with the Product Management roadmap and can react to unexpected work.
