Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive and episodic medical assessments of cardiac ICU patients, including medical history and physical examination. - Establish medical diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disease, including acute coronary syndromes, cardiogenic shock, advanced heart failure, complex arrhythmias, and post-procedural or post-operative cardiac complications - Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies including laboratory testing, ECGs, telemetry, echocardiography, and other cardiovascular diagnostics as authorized. - Initiate, manage, and monitor therapeutic interventions, including vasoactive medications, antiarrhythmics, anticoagulation, diuretics, and other cardiovascular therapies as delegated by the supervising physician. - Perfor...
