Job description

Job Summary The Maintenance Mechanical Operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and other critical hotel infrastructure and equipment’s. This role requires advanced technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in Appliances, HVAC, mechanical equipment, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort. The technician will support daily operations, emergency response, and long-term preventative maintenance under the direction of the Assist Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering. Role and Responsibilities: - Maintain and troubleshoot all major mechanical systems including HVAC system, Motor, pumps, belts,VAV,Air handling units (AHUs). - Monitor and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS); identify faults and optimize system performance for energy efficiency and comfort. - Perform diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and control systems across the facility. - Conduct preventive maintenance and service on complex equipment and systems to ensure uptime and performance. - Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of HVAC and mechanical systems as...
