Human Resource Specialist Wage: $50,000 - $55,000/ salary: This position is fully in-office in Linthicum, MD. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates must have at least two years of experience with FMLA and ADA, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and onboarding. JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist reports to the Director of Policy Administration. This position is responsible for assisting with Company policy compliance and development and making recommendations for improvements, where necessary.
