The Family Support Team Leader provides operational leadership, practice oversight and workforce support to CatholicCare’s Family Support team, ensuring high-quality, compliant and sustainable service delivery across family intervention, secondary family support and child inclusive and family education services. The role leads a multidisciplinary team of practitioners delivering services to children, young people and families experiencing vulnerability through programs such as Tertiary Family Intervention Services, Secondary Family Support, Child Inclusive Practice and Family Education.
