Job Title: Functional Consultant Job Category: Consulting: Time Type: Part time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local: - * * The Opportunity: SEA 05TU University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) Comprehensive Review – Independent Peer Reviewer Successful candidate shall provide the following support to SEA 05TU, the University Affiliated Research Center Program Office: The Independent Peer Review occurs after the Navy completes its draft Comprehensive Review Report and the associated Technical Addendum and after the UARC completes its UARC Comprehensive Review White Paper. The Independent Peer Reviewer will review the draft Navy Comprehensive Review Report, including the Technical Addendum prepared by the Navy, the UARC Comprehensive Review White Paper, and any other relevant documentation provided by the Navy Primary Sponsor’s office and the UARC. Following the documentation review, the Independent Peer Reviewer compiles a list of discussion items that need further explanation or require additional supporting information and/or clarification.
