This position plays a critical role and involves working on high-profile cases. We are looking for candidates who are looking to develop their management skills in support of high visibility cases. You will gain invaluable litigation experience as you go through various phases of the EDRM spectrum while assisting and supporting the Department of Justice in their efforts to prosecute perpetrators of Health Care Fraud. In this role you will supervise a staff of paralegals and law clerks who provide direct support to federal prosecutors.
