This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support for an international project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Knowledge of customer complaints, questions and problems management techniques as well as call taking management - Ability to collaborate/work in a team, adaptability and be results-oriented - Putting into practice customer relationship techniques, rigor and resilience - Use of management and decision-making tools - Good command of computer tools 💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - An experience of minimum 3 years as technical support advisor - A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory - Agile experience - A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus - Fluency in French (C1) - Fluency in English (B2) - Ability to travel within the Portugal - Ability to travel outside the Portugal ⭐ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: Opportunity to...
