Responsibilities: The Senior Materials Project Manager is responsible for support to R&D for the material project management for the development and introduction of new products to manufacturing. Represent Hamilton Procurement on R&D new product project teams supporting development activities and ensuring supply of materials - Process R&D Purchase Requisitions for tooling, fixtures, NRE’s etc. Coordinate all material requirements for NPI projects. - Communicate NPI purchase requirements to appropriate Commodity Buyer. - Ensure material availability for NPI projects.
