Service Delivery Specialist About the Position: Csquare is seeking a talented, highly motivated individual for the role of Service Delivery Specialist. Service Delivery Specialists (SDS) are responsible for managing the implementation projects of datacenter products and services. The successful candidate will interface with clients, vendors, and numerous internal operations teams. This role is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, controlling, and communicating all project activities to multiple stakeholders through a datacenter delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is someone self-motivated, who can work with sometimes minimal guidance, and who preferably has experience managing datacenter, managed services, or telco solutions. Essential Duties: - Project manage a wide range of implementations across datacenter products and services . Duties include validating technical requirements, conveying requirements and tasks to technical personnel, and communicating solution status to clients and internal teams, and to leadership when required. - Plan and facilitate meetings involving multiple stakeholder groups .
